If he is the same guy from 2008 then expect a very poor experience and horrible communication.
Talking to my TOE LCA they were doing payback on the guy for stuff he had done to them. Not healthy.
That guy is just awful. The lady that did the 767 domestic OE planning was absolutely amazing on the other hand. I can't believe she didn't get the overall gig over him when the categories were combined.
