I can't imagine anyone here would intentionally put a black mark on a newbie's record just out of spite for something that they had absolutely zero control over. I was one of those Colgan transition guys that had People's. I was given a completely fair checkride with no surprises or "gotchas". Don't judge someone based on the stories you hear. Meet them and then decide for yourself.

I hope that this flow thing actually does work because it'll finally create upward movement here that we, the current pilot group, need desperately. That being said I think it's complete BS.
