Just for clarification no copilots will go to Delta. There is a requirement for them to serve two years as Captain. The earliest that might happen is 2018 being very optimistic. I think if you are interested in leaving you will have ample opportunity between now and 2018. I think this plan Delta has is ill advised without a more objective SSP. By objective I mean they should have a list of no go items and everyone else should be given an opportunity at a class date. Endeavor can work for Delta as cheap feed but they have to do a better job at providing current pilots an opportunity to further their careers.
