Yes..15 yr NB FO's would love to be a CRJ CAPT some day..especially if they wouldn't have commute from a closed base or are looking at 20+ years in the right seat at a senior base.

And 12 year Endeavor 900 CA make $87/hour. If you are saying a 12 year 717 FO wants to take a $46,000/year pay cut to be a CA, all I gotta say is they must have SFSS (Shiny Four Stripe Syndrome).
