An employee in IT asked about it. He said that profit sharing was not commonplace in corporations. He stated that profit sharing was offered because of pay cuts and that it was an inventive for those concessions. He specifically talked about the pilots choosing 2.5% pay increase as opposed to profit sharing. He went on to say that this money is what we return to our investors through dividends.
