If you get a vacation award they take 25 hours of pto but pay you for 35.

It could be a lot better but you do start getting pto the first day in Orlando.

It's a hot topic from the company not putting out enough slots during summer and holidays to the way we bid for it, let's just say it's great to be senior.

Ok, but how many PTO/sick/vacation hours do you get and how often? Do they just give you a set number at the beginning of each year to simulate vacation? Does it vary with longevity?

My company has the typical 1/2/3/4 weeks after x/y/z amount of years of service.... So I'm just trying to understand the jetblue equivalent to that

Thanks!
