Thanks for the suggestions...my main goal is to get hired after my interview...THEN to hold a line out of LAX (sooner or later), regardless of type/size. Being gone commuting and doing the crash pad thing is something I am trying to avoid, while staying in SOCAL (for family reasons). I understand that it's a bit of my having my cake and eating it too....but I'm just stating my goal!
