Ellen, In the sim and a lot of time in real life you don't hand fly the RJ except on Take off, you can turn it on at 600ft AGL even with an engine failure and you don't have to turn it off until 80 ft AGL. Hand flying does you NO good, sorry. Just know your flows, call outs and what BUTTONS TO PUSH.
