My shrink session took about 45 minutes or so, and included a lot of TMAAT questions, more so than during the panel interview on Day 1, which included more WWYD-type questions. Most folks make it through the MMPI without any issues, but a small number end up being flagged for a Psych Review Board. That said, I'm not aware of too many folks not ultimately being cleared by the Psych Board. 1 of 4 in my interview group was flagged, but he was cleared and we'll all be starting Indoc soon.

So why in the world would this test be eliminated for the SSP guys? Seems like a pretty important thing to know about a pilot!
