There are different questions based on your experience level. For instance, they ask a current 121 captain questions like, "You're in a third world country, and a passenger tells you she believes a child trafficker is on board, what do you do?". An EtD panel question for someone out of a flight school would be more general, like, "What do you do if you're a salesperson, and run out of a product that your customer wants?". A military pilot would get questions like, "What is your favorite color?"
