I have an interview at Delta this summer, my concerns/decision is more about trying to look into the crystal ball and see if this is what is best for us wrt basing/commuting/reserve and all the seniority games that go along with it. I applaud those who the Endeavor program will help realize their dream of becoming a pilot for Delta. I personally think it is a tough road financially and professionally to follow (obviously dependent on your financial and family situation). Good Luck!
