The uniforms are out of pocket. There are three vendors around the campus that all charge around $400, without shoes. You could just buy a hat and coat and get the rest at Men's Wear house or something, I suppose.
Spring for a decent uni, people notice. You'll feel better. No ragamuffin suit.
