Coming from a segment of industry where you are only mandated 13 days off per QUARTER...11 days off and an actual schedule can be a huge improvement in QOL.
Couldn't agree more. Been there, done that. It sucks. I would not leave my current FO spot at a regional for almost all 135 (just a couple of exceptions). For the most part charter is absolute garbage.
