How does an entry-level airline wannabe CFI pay for such a steep price in training for such a low-paying job? The regionals will provide this training just like they hire with no ATP now and you get it when you take your checkride. No, you won't be required to come out of pocket for it. If you look at the requirements, and the new hire training program, they are closely aligned.
