Really? This from the FDX January 2011 contract extension:
Section 3.C. Hourly Rates of Pay
- 3% increase effective the first day of the March, 2011 bid period.
- 3% increase effective the first day of the March, 2012 bid period (unless ALPA shortens the Amendable Date shortened pursuant to “Relief Valve,” in which case this increase shall not occur)
My response was via their complaints on this forum. They were under the impression that we get 3% indefinitely.
