My wife is a realtor in New Hampshire. I would like to recommend it as a great place to live while being Boston based! But seriously, it is nice to pay no income tax, the high property tax concern is valid albeit overrated in nice places like Portsmouth where it is around 17$/1000, and the schools vary wildly from garbage to great depending on where you choose to live. My guess is you would move here and never look back, though I still kind of wonder what living in Boston would be like.
