Did he put it in writing? Did he say "we're coming for you..." "we're going to fire you if you keep this up..." "you better back off if you know what's good for you..."
I doubt very seriously that a CEO would be dumb enough--or even care---that a handful of pilots signed some manifesto. Now if you nailed it to his office door that might get you in some trouble. Please do tell.
