Sure you do, you could find another job until the flying is taken back. With no pilots, majors would have to take back the flying, because pilots want to work for majors.

Maybe that's beyond how far you want to go, but if enough people did....
Respectfully sure but if you think about it that's just as absurd of a posting as the one above. Those who have the ultimate control can't vote something in with the hopes others won't do it. Especially if that something quickly assists you in rising to the competitive ranks needed to gain a job at the majors. It's shows you have very little understanding of business, this industry and the delicate game that must be played as you balance your career. If pilots are unable to see what I'm talking about then their narrow-minded and shortsighted. Keep in mind you're asking pilots who sunk up to and sometime more than $100k into their career to take a longer road to recovery.

I view this as putting a gun to your head and telling management you better change or I'll shoot myself..... Lol! Remember you're the only one vested in that immediate future.
