This episode is revealing a flaw that this place has (maybe even one that all of us have, as individuals):
All too often we attack the person instead of the issue. We draw a line and figure who is on the opposite side of it, then forevermore attack them. No matter what they say. It could be 2+2=4, or the sky is blue, or the United States is a great country, it doesn't matter. If they are on the other side of the line, we find something wrong with what they say.
Except, no one is 100% right or wrong all the time. That goes for sailing fun, tsquare, carl sparkler, DALPA, Delta Air Lines, the government, the anti-government, The Federalist, The anti-Federalist, Republicans, Democrats, Libertarians, President Obama, Mitt Romney, or anyone else.
If we ever learned to focus on the issues, instead of the person or entity, we would keep ourselves out of trouble.
/Rant over.
