Staffing and flying are slowly being reduced on the 7ER in NYC, 2010 hires are still at the bottom of that list. Its really not a likely option for any new hire this year to get 7ER NYC, and it appears that its slowly shrinking as people bid off it.
I know a few recent hires, 2014 guys who got NYC 7ERB. I think they are just now finishing up OE.
