Congrats on getting called for an interview. Frontier is a great place to work, and I believe there will be a lot of growth in the future.

In response to the questions asked about reserve, I sat reserve for six months. I was Chicago based for about a month until I was awarded DEN. It seems like most guys have gotten whichever base they bid for out of training. Seniority is by age in the class, so I would guess anyone over 40 years old will get whatever they want, domicile wise. Remember, the Chicago base is very small compared to Denver.

Reserve at frontier is pretty nice. We have short, medium and long call. 2 hours, 10 and 12 hours. On short call, you can bid to start reserve at 4am, 8am, noon and then 5pm. There might even be a later night reserve too, I just don't remember.

As a reserve, you can bid on trips in open time if you want to fly, or you can view the open time and the list of guys on reserve if you don't want to fly. Personally, I found reserve at frontier to be very easy. I was only called for a last minute show once in 6 months. I did a lot of bidding on open time, so I usually knew my schedule for the next day. Having a line is pretty nice too though
