I don't have a big problem with the backpacks personally. But LNL does bring up a point about professionalism that is seemingly lost in the "I don't give a damn about that" bin. But the point she makes is that the people who pay your salaries DO care about that. You don't think so, but Joe Businessman wants a professional at the controls, and Joe Six pack wants a professional at the controls so his family arrives alive in Disney World.
