We all know we will never be paid anything close to what we are worth, my huge beef is the pay disparity between seats. I get what he is saying and do agree but both are equally responsible for the safe completion of the flight. There is no reason for greater than a 30% difference and even that is on the high side. First year AT LEAST has to be a living wage!
