Not everyone can do this. There is a finite number of days in a bid month that are set to +4. Once it goes down to zero, someone needs to pick up a trip in order for someone else to drop that day. There is always trips in open time because of transition conflicts, FAR conflicts, contractual conflicts, training, vacation, and any trips dropped for people on going on leave or no longer working here.
