Ok, so your particular issue was with the line you were awarded under line bidding, which you fixed by swapping and going below guarantee. This really doesn't speak to .... Why the opposition to pref bid.
Well, you are making broad assumptions. I think those of us who are against it, are because we are comfortable with the devil we know. Also, many of us have long lost any confidence in the MEC negotiating something that maintains the same compensation and QOL we currently benefit from line bidding, or the company just doing the right thing once it's turned on.
People are just afraid of change. Sometimes, rightfully so.
