If you're afraid of change, you really won't like this week.
I said people. I'm not automatically against PBS.

You've said you have lost confidence in your MEC. Yet you have another pilot group showing you how well their system works but you trust you MEC to develop a PBS system that no one else uses. I guess I'm missing something then.
I was speaking as a pilot group. My feelings don't necessarily agree with everything my pilot group, as a whole, feels.

Yeah, that's crap. You've been smoking some weed on a DEN overnight. There's no one here at your seniority level that's able to make that kinda change in the ILIW. I'm guessing you're forgetting to tell us that u had vacation as well.

Switching gears, the XJT CEO, Brad Jolt, has said, "pilots aren't as smart as they think they are" and that "we should find a different job." I'm guessing that since he lives in ATL he's been having lunch and playing a lot of golf with the Delta execs. We all know how much they love their Regional "partners!"
The pilots at the smaller bases like CLE, MCI, and DEN, can do this. Like I said previously, they have to set the pool at +4 regardless of staffing or the size of the base. That's makes a huge difference in the smaller bases. Of course, more than likely, if you go to 19 days off, you will take a hit on guarantee, as the poster said he did.

Switching gears, BH is the XJT COO. Our CEO is JA.
