1. A majority of the Compass pilots do not want this flying. It's not that we're ungrateful, it's that we're already maxed out as it is. That, and most all of us realize what sacrifice the Envoy guys/gals made for the rest of the regional industry.

2. The pilots of Compass had nothing to do with the addition of these aircraft, other than running a safe operation and doing our part to get what flights we do operate completed and in/out on time. We took no pay cut---quite the contrary.

Most all of us have been furloughed from other airlines, some of them terrific airlines that you could make a career out of. We've been where the Envoy guys/gals are right now, at airlines that seem to be shrinking with very uncertain futures. All of us want to get our time and get out. Growth at regional airlines like Compass, Skywest, Republic, etc. does NOT help our mainline futures AT ALL.

If any comments from fellow CPZ pilots comes across as chest-thumping, I apologize. They are either 1500hr CFIs who don't "get it" or just giant tools. And yes, we have our 3% just like everyone else.
