We've been where the Envoy guys/gals are right now, at airlines that seem to be shrinking with very uncertain futures. All of us want to get our time and get out. Growth at regional airlines like Compass, Skywest, Republic, etc. does NOT help our mainline futures AT ALL.

If any comments from fellow CPZ pilots comes across as chest-thumping, I apologize. They are either 1500hr CFIs who don't "get it" or just giant tools. And yes, we have our 3% just like everyone else.
