I'm making no assumptions...simply restating what he answered.. I do appreciate your answer however. Those are reasonable concerns on your part.
Your assumption is that people have issues with their awarded line. No one is required to improve their line if they don't want to. I'm sure there are people not happy with what their seniority got them. And just because you are ok with the line your seniority did get you, nothing wrong to see if you can improve on it even more. That's the assumption.
