Attrition has been very minimal. Frontier has very much been a quality of life airline for guys who live in Denver. As long as Denver is the only big domicile, I dont think we will see much more than a trickle of attrition. Especially as the pay is snapping back to pre bankruptcy levels soon, and then hopefully a higher paying contract shortly after that. If, however, Frontier was able to open up a few new domiciles, and some of them out East, I think there would be an increase in attrition for sure. The current route map includes focus cities in Cleveland, Washington Dulles, and Trenton, NJ.

As the contract is written right now, its very hard for the company to open more domiciles because of the amount of RSV coverage, open time that must be available and some other issues. The company will likely try to get some relief on those issues in order to open more pilot bases. It will take a new contract to do that, and we will likely be able to get a pay raise in exchange for that.

This is all just my opinion though. I am not aware of what FAPA is planning to do in the future. Just my 2cents
