First post here, but like a lot of folks I've gotten some great info/insight, so thanks to all.
I just got a call from United with a contingency (i.e. pending drug test/background check) job offer. Here are my stats:

-4400 TT, all military, KC-135, C-21 (Lear 35), T-38 and U-2
-2500PIC
-600IP
-Evaluator (literally logged ONE hour of EP in the C-21, but I was able to check the box)
-Director of Operations
-BS: U of Illinois, Aero/Astro Engineering, 2.8 (combined w/ Community College)
-Master's of Whatever Air University Had for ACSC at the Time, 3.9
-No Q3s, one Q2 (pubs write-in change), all else Q1s with a couple downgrades, one EQ, one DG (C-21 Initial Tng)
-8 online recs (6 from United peeps), no CP recs
-Couple speeding tix, and one other minor infraction (newest violation 13 yrs ago)

I think that's it. I was worried about GPA and the tickets, but it seems those were not really a big deal. The folks in Denver were simply awesome. I did the interview prep for the sim the night before and HIGHLY recommend it. I'm not sure things would have gone so smoothly without it.
