I had the exact opposite experience, and I was in a pool for over a year. Some weird stuff is going on, and it was kinda odd that people got phone calls saying "You're gonna have a class date soon, hang in there" followed by a TBNT letter/e-mail. That certainly hasn't been the norm, or at least it hasn't since I've been here.
