I am 24 year old. I am working full time as a mechanical engineer and also studying on my masters degree on automotive engineering.

I've applied my national airline to become a pilot. I've had my first test last tuesday. It was a full day test where they test your physics, maths, english knowledge also they test your skills on concentration, memory etc.

If I pass this test, I will be invited for second interview which is I will sit with 3 psychologist and talk about myself. As I hear from others, one of these psychologist asks questions and other two just watches the person and takes notes.

I wonder what kind of personality are they looking for? I am not going to fake anything, and I believe I can't because they are professionals but I am hoping to work on myself till I get the interview date, which I believe it will be in 4-5 weeks.

I appreciate any comment on this question.
