Hard to say without having some experience with the airline in question.

Safe to say that all airlines want to weed-out extreme outliers...excessively aggressive or very passive. Not mention anyone with a true psych disorder.

Other than that they may be looking for relatively confident, pro-active folks with a lot of initiative and good teamwork skills. There's some suspicion that some airlines look for folks who will be happy with what they're given, ie won't be aggressive union activists or agitators.

But don't try to game the interview...the questions are designed to detect people who try to do that and you'll probably be rejected for attempted "cheating".
