The majority of people who have been hired off the street have at least a 3.5 GPA. The lowest I have seen is a 2.5 GPA but this person also had a Masters Degree and numerous high level management jobs.
I find humor in the fact that we want someone off the street to have a high GPA in their college degree, while at the same time have an exception for SSP candidates to not meet the degree requirement.
Has anyone actually gotten verification about the "vault" letter making this exception? I've tried and run into a brick wall. I know that the E to D pilot program requires all new hires at Endeavor to meet the requirement. That program is making quite the stir.
