I find humor in the fact that we want someone off the street to have a high GPA in their college degree, while at the same time have an exception for SSP candidates to not meet the degree requirement.
Has anyone actually gotten verification about the "vault" letter making this exception? I've tried and run into a brick wall. I know that the E to D pilot program requires all new hires at Endeavor to meet the requirement. That program is making quite the stir.
The vault letter is real, and there have been 9E pilots already hired without a degree. I know them by name.
Delta does not require a specific GPA, they are simply interviewing the candidates with the highest numbers first.
