New ATP rules will reshape pilot hiring
An interesting point is the simulator requirement is for aircraft with a gross weight of more than 40,000 lbs. Even if airlines decide to foot the bill for this training just to take a written test, Silver doesn't fly aircraft or simulators with this gross weight.
I was curious how the Silver training department is gearing up for this requirement. I don't know if it is fair to say or not fair to say that Silver is uniquely placed in this predicament?
