MIA 737 dom is about 3 hrs per flight. Intl is about 2:20 hrs per flight.
Caribbean is some of the sweetest flying there is...but you go through customs in MIA all the time(basically every other flight).
Guessing that the AB flying would be similar.
Different strokes for different folks.
