Don't get me wrong, I think experience is important, but that's on your resume, which gets you the interview. If you've managed to fly Part 91/135 corporate, military, part 121 or any other heavy duty flying job for several thousand hours without managing to get yourself killed, wind up on the news or get violated, you're probably okay. I've always thought our entry requirements were a little low. Basically, anyone that could get an ATP could apply, which is a bit out there.

I don't think a multi-day interview is the way to go, either. I know a lot of people WANT us to be Delta, but we're not, nor do I think we every will or should be.
