You see back in my day when I started on the RJ 200 VFo did not exist. To drive the flaps you simply had to be at 215 kts.
Then you have not been on the 200 from the beginning because when we first got it the speed was 230 kts.
Flaps 30 was 195 kts IIRC
Flaps 45 was 183 kts IIRC
