Am I missing something or is this another huge loophole that a 4th grader could exploit if they were running staffing??
How is this for a loophole...
Say the company sets the required reserves so that the entire month is RED. MEC calls the company and says "Hey, we are above 25% red days." The company lowers threshold so that only one day turns green by one pilot. Are they in compliance with the CBA? I think they are.

If the number of red
days in a bid month exceeds 25 percent in any one category/
domicile, the Company will decrease the minimum required
reserve coverage threshold to allow for the approval of a greater
number of net credit loss transactions.
It doesn't say that the 25% ever needs to be met.
