The company works us to the limits of the contract (and sometimes more). We take advantage of the contract as well. If either party has a problem with it, amend the contract. The total compensation the pilot group receives has all the work rules built in. If you are not taking advantage of the contract you are shorting yourself, not exploiting the company.
