Are you guys stating that you don't participate in this NEGOTIATED perk of you contract? That part of your contract is part of the whole negotiated cost package. To not take advantage of it is to lose part of the value of your contract. You gave up something to get it.....use it.
Do you also not participate in the 401k match? You didn't work for that either.
