I'd also suggest CPZ. You'd inherit a guaranteed interview and walk into much faster advancement with a growing and rapidly attritting regional that for the moment is one of the better run (relatively speaking at least). Your prior DAL service combined with your guaranteed interview will probably be pretty close to the sure thing that PCL can offer and there's a good chance you'll get hired just as soon or sooner anyway and in the meantime upgrade faster and have a better schedule.
