Still a slippery slope argument. For an agreement that can be cancelled anytime, I wouldn't overestimate anything. You need to be a CA. It doesn't matter why one doesn't upgrade but if you don't, I wouldn't count on Delta still taking an EtD. The whole point of that agreement is to get pilots to fill seats at E, not D. Didn't you watch the Mesaba flow go poof first hand? I would think you'd know best when it comes to Delta.
