Their is no breach! It states that DAL can cancel the program at anytime in the contract. They should have put it in big bold letters because that is kinda a big thing to put in a contract. It allows them tons of flexibility.
The program can be canceled, that simply means that no new hires will get the EtD. People who already have the EtD, still get grandfathered in.
Furthermore, the stuff on the 9E website is an outline of the program, it's not the actual paperwork you sign.
