It's nice to see a year in which
every single legacy/major carrier is hiring which is something we haven't had since 9/11.
The selection rate is low because a lot of SSP's aren't taking it serious and are going in inadequately prepared. With all of the gouge out there, you can really only blame yourself when you go in and fail the Cog.
