Actually he was called in on reserve to fly it (an L-UAL pilot), and didn't want to go. He pushed and sat for 2 hours, then wrote something up. Then pushed and sat for another 2 hours until he went illegal. Talk about a storm he created. The front office in EWR is investigating and looking at some time off for the guy with no pay. They pulled the tapes from dispatch and everything. Uh-oh
