Just want to get people's thoughts on this.
I'm currently work for the holdings company that used to own frontier.
I have been applying for about a year now and nothing. I just reapplied two weeks ago with the newer format and also had a college buddy write me a letter of rec. he is a recent hire. Do they really hold a grudge against us that they won't even tempt to try and interview. Does the Eischen award hold that much weight because IMO its worthless anyway.
