In response to the "unhireable" by the legacies comment, I must say sir that you are way off base. Frontier has gotten really good at picking out those that want to be here long term. The hiring process is a sales game. I'm not saying that you come in to the interview and be disingenuous, but come on now fella...we'd all like to potentially fly a triple or a 78 at a legacy, however the day you interview at Frontier (or JetBlue or Spirit) is not the day to express the long term desire to do such.

My F9 newhire class had 20 people and of those, well over half had legacy competitive resumes. They were hired because they expressed strong desire to be part of the Frontier team. Demonstration of knowledge about the company and excitement for the opportunity was above and beyond the common thread for those hired. On top of that, most successful candidates realized that interview commencement was the moment you walked in the door of the GO.

It's not rocket science or Chinese arithmetic to get hired at F9. No sim, no psych eval, no weird SAT or Lumosity garbage, etc. They just want to hire nice people that aren't gonna bail in a year!
