They are probably going to hire FOs from other regionals almost at a 100%.

Definitely don't give up. The hiring hasn't even begun to take place yet to cover the next flow group, and of the new airplanes or attrition. We're still catching up from this year's flow movement. Keep trying. If you've read the Compass thread you know there are a bunch of new CFIs getting hired.
